John Castleman
President and CEO
As President and CEO, John is charged with setting the vision and executing Alliance's growth strategy. John has spent most of his career holding senior management positions with technology services and software companies including Elemica, Acorn Systems, Safeguard Scientifics, and MeadWestvaco. John holds a degree in History from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Bill Lewallen
Senior Vice President, Consulting Services
As the SVP of Consulting Services, Bill brings over 27 years of experience in the IT and Outsourcing industries. Bill works actively with clients across all phases of the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high value solutions. Bill has hands-on experience across most key verticals including: Insurance, Information Services, Life Sciences, Product Development, and Financial Services. Bill has a track record of running high performance delivery teams focused on development discipline and productivity.
David Rader
CTO & Vice President, Product Development
As CTO, David focuses on Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy for Alliance’s clients. David has over 15 years of experience in software development and consulting and his current topics of interests include data mining and using Cloud Computing techniques for large data set processing. Prior to joining Alliance, David was a Senior Partner at Fusion Technologies and has worked for a major retail brokerage and a data analytics consultancy. David has a BA from Northwestern University in Economics and Integrated Sciences.
Sreekanth Singaraju
Vice President, QA and Testing
As Vice President, QA and Testing, Sreekanth has more than 12 years of senior technology leadership experience and leads Alliance's QA & Testing organization in developing cutting edge solutions. He is a respected technology thought leader with focus in testing Agile projects, test process automation and metrics-based development approaches and utilizing lean techniques in software development.
Srinivas Reddy
Managing Director, Alliance India
As Managing Director, Alliance India, Srinivas is responsible for overall global delivery, including the human resources, recruitment, finance, IT, training, and quality functions. His primary responsibility is growing the India business. Srinivas has 18 plus years of experience in IT in the areas of Software Delivery, Project Management, and Client Management. Srinivas holds a bachelor’s degree from NIT, Surathkal, India and a Master’s degree from Steven’s Institute of Technology in NJ, USA.
Liz Smith
Vice President, Human Resources
As Vice President, Human Resources, Liz is responsible for organizational development, policies and programs covering employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. Liz is a human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the business consulting, financial services and health care industries. Prior to joining Alliance, Liz held various HR leadership positions with International SOS, FleetBoston and BetzDearborn.
